A demonstration of over 60,000
here in Oslo on February 15th was only
one of about 35 in Norway and hundreds
around the world during the international
day of protests “No War on Iraq -
not in my name.”
Millions upon millions filled city streets
around the globe - marking feb 15, 2003 as
a historic day of anti-war protest worldwide.

- No blood for oil.
- Stop Bush... was among slogans..

Among the protesters I saw the former
leader of Kurdish "Anwar al-Islam", Mullah
Krekar. His group was pointed by Collin
Powell as a link between Saddam Hussein
and Al Qaida?! Mulla Krekar is the first one
behind the yellow banner...

Also Christian Krogh (Norwegian painter
and writer, 1852 –1925) joined the
protests against Bush war-policy.
"George W. Bush" with blood in his mouth
and Iraqi oil on his hands...
Typical cartoon of the worlds
(unfortunately) most powerful leader.
Demonstrators wanted to show solidarity
with the Iraqi people, and at the same time
target the Bush government as the main
threat to peace in the world.
